The Bobcat 329 compact excavator's performance and economy of operation is ideal for excavation, trenching, demolition, and material handling and placement. In addition, its hydraulic system provides improved control while digging. The hydraulic system also features a dual outlet piston pump that enables the 329 to maintain constant digging forces by minimizing lugging. The 329's conventional tail swing provides excellent lifting ability. It has a maximum digging depth of 10 feet, 2 inches and a maximum reach of 16 feet at ground level.
