eBay's Freight Resource Center makes it easy to ship large items including heavy equipment. eBay and Freightquote.com provide tools for U.S. and Canadian eBay users to compare rates from multiple freight companies and book shipments for big equipment as part of their eBay sales transaction. eBay recently integrated freight calculators into eBay listings, making it easier for sellers listing heavy equipment to provide accurate shipping prices to buyers. In addition, optional services are available such as dismantling, crating and packaging items in preparation for shipping, as well as unpacking and assembly of machinery when it reaches its final destination.
