HDR Heavy Duty Relay

Watt Stopper/Legrand's HDR Heavy Duty Relay exceeds the new UL508 requirements for controlling electronic ballast lighting loads. The HDR panel relay employs heavy duty contacts made with special alloys rather than relying on electronic circuitry to mitigate the negative effects of inrush currents. Rated up to 300,000 cycles, the HDR features a mechanically latching contact design to ensure the lighting remains on should power to panel electronics be lost. Additionally, a manual override is accessible on the relay housing, providing manual switching and visual status indication. All Watt Stopper lighting control panels are equipped with the HDR Heavy Duty Relay.
