V28 Lithium Ion Cordless Tool System

Milwaukee's V28 Lithium-Ion Cordless Tool System, with a 28V battery, delivers up to 40-50 percent more power and up to twice the run time of traditional 18V models, yet the battery weighs slightly less. This breakthrough technology allows Milwaukee to introduce a cordless band saw powerful enough for every day professional use. The V28 line of tools also includes a hammer drill, circular saw, Sawzall reciprocating saw, impact wrench, work light and battery charger. The V28 Lithium-Ion System features exceptional run time with V28 tools lasting up to two times longer that 18V NiCd tools. Offering the high power motor and battery performance of a corded tool in the convenience of a cordless tool, the V28 provides consistent "fade free" power from the first cut to the last. It also provides up to 2.5 times more lifetime work output over the life of comparable 18V NiCd batteries. The Lithium-Ion battery improves ergonomics with 28V power at 18V battery weight. For further convenience, a battery fuel gauge eliminates guessing the battery pack charge level.
