UnderGround family of wire connectors

The IDEAL UnderGround pre-filled twist-on wire connectors are UL-Listed to 486D for use in direct burial applications and wet areas. The connectors feature a non-hardening, silicone-based sealant that completely blocks out damaging water, dirt and condensation. Versatile and rugged, the connectors will handle wire combinations as small as #20 AWG to as large as #8 AWG. Connectors are color-coded to indicate wire ranges. By combining such features as a ribbed cap, swept wings (on smaller connector models) and a hexagonal head into a compact, one-piece design, the IDEAL Underground Connector enables contractors to install faster, whether they are working by hand or with a standard nutdriver. They're perfect when connecting electrical wires for landscape lighting, sump and well pumps, valve control boxes or lawn sprinkler systems, eliminating the need to either heat-shrink conductor splices, use messy resin packs or spend valuable time installing multi-step corrosion kits.
